RE: Terry Dolan
Dear Mayor and Council Members:
Terry Dolan is a City employee who suffered a work-related injury on April 26,2001. As
a result of the injury, he has two herniated disks.
The City previously has paid 6% permanent partial disability. The City Legal
Department has proposed and Mr. Dolan has tentatively accepted a settlement which
would result in an additional 6% or $10,895.40 being paid to Mr. Dolan for his industrial
disability (loss of earning capacity).
I recommend that the City Council approve the settlement of the 6% industrial disability
payment to Mr. Dolan plus any medical bills still outstanding.
