This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that while Bluff Street was being paved
during the 2005 Paving Project, construction equipment was stored in the UFCW 431
parking lot, causing damage to the lot.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
