SUBJECT: Highway 20 Bridge
I have spoken with Iowa Department of Transportation District Engineer Dick Kautz
about the design plans for the Highway 20 Bridge Project as it enters Dubuque. There
are several aesthetic issues that are a part of the project.
Mr. Kautz and his consultants are willing to attend a City Council Work Session to
review the aesthetic design issues and are available on November 7, 2005. The work
session would begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by a dinner at 6:00 p.m., prior to the City
Council meeting.
