INTRODUCTION
An application for annexation has been received from C3 Investments Trust for 0.063
acre of property on the south side of the City of Dubuque adjacent to Timber -Hyrst
Subdivision, legally described as Lot 3 of the Final Plat of Knepper Addition.
DISCUSSION
The request is intended to facilitate the consolidation of residential property to a
contiguous commonly held parcel for a new home site that was annexed in 2010. The
annexation is in conjunction with rezoning to City R -1 Single - Family Residential District.
The Zoning Advisory Commission's recommendation on the rezoning will be forwarded
to the City Council for a public hearing on July 16, 2012
ACTION STEP
I request that the City Council set a public hearing on the annexation request of C3
Investments Trust for July 16, 2012.
