The developer wishes to build a structure which will require the relocation of the existing storm sewer. The developer has agreed to relocate the existing sewer at their expense and provide an additional easement for the relocated storm sewer. After relocation of the storm sewer, City Engineer Gus Psihoyos states the City will not have a need for the portion of the existing easement proposed to be vacated and recommends approval of the request to vacate for the cost of publication and filing fees, with the owner agreeing to pay the cost to relocate the storm sewer.
