This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that that as she was driving on Kerper
Boulevard, she struck a snow pole which was attached to the fire hydrant located in front
of 2491 Kerper Boulevard.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
