This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was driving on Hwy. 20 by Devon
Drive, her vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Kimberly Presley.
Presley's vehicle was struck from behind by a City Keyline bus.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
