Meeting called to order by Dave Grothe at 4:02 P.M.
Minutes of last meeting were read. Grothe made motion to approve, seconded by Papin.
Accepted as read by all present.
Discussion was held about the B6, B 1, and B2 competencies. HV AC service people need
to have the B1 or B2. The secretary stated he would be sending a letter out to all
companies to remind them of the City Ordinance.
Discussion was held on double fees and citations.
The board then signed competencies and licenses. Maas Heating Inc. was approved. His
number will be MR-175. The board was concerned that Windy City Heating Inc. out of
Melrose Park IL would not have a licensed person on the job. The secretary will draft a
letter to the company reminding them of the City Ordinance requirement of one person on
the job with the proper license. His application was not approved at this time.
Discussion was held on the issue of the City Council hearing about or responding to their
concerns.
Jack Papin motioned to adjourn, seconded by Dave Grothe. Meeting adjourned at 5:00
P.M.
