To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Susan Dazey and I am a student at Loras College here
in Dubuque. I have been working with the college and the Library of Congress in
obtaining veterans' interviews. During the time that I have been doing these interviews I
have found out that there are many artifacts to be shared with the public.
I would like to be on the agenda for the City Council meeting on
Monday, October 3rd to present a preliminary idea for the formation ofa Tri-States'
Veteran Museum and Recognition Center here in Dubuque. As this is only an idea that is
to be presented I would like the chance to give the city a "heads up" on the project.
I also know that there are many possibilities to make this a reality
