Council met at 1 :00 p.m., City Hall Conference Room B
Present: Mayor Duggan, Council Members Buol, Cline, Connors, Markham, Michalski,
Nicholson, City Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Tim O'Brien
Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of considering approval of an amendment to the Development Agreement
with Marke, LLC (Vessel Systems)
Proposed Sale of Vessel Systems, Inc: City Manager recommending approval of an
amendment to the Vessel Systems' Development Agreement and support of the sale of
Vessel Systems, Inc. to Art's Way Manufacturing, upon motion received and filed.
Michalski moved to approve the amendment to the Development Agreement with Marke,
LLC with the condition that the CEBA wage guideline be maintained. Seconded by
Markham. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business, upon motion meeting adjourned at 1 :36 p.m.
