The TENTATIVE AGENDA for the meeting is as follows: ADDENDUM -- RESOLUTION Setting March 1, 1999 as date for public hearing to consider issuance of not to exceed $900,000 in urban renewal tax increment revenue bonds to support Advanced Data-Comm's expansion project at Dubuque Technology Park. Conduct a Public Hearing on Fiscal Year 2000 Annual Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant Funds Program Year 1999 - City of Dubuque and review Community/Economic Development Department FY'2000 Budget. Also review Fiscal Year 2000 Department Budgets for following: Planning, Housing, Human Rights and Water Departments This notice is given pursuant to Chapter 21, Code of Iowa, 1997, as amended, and applicable local regulations of the City of Dubuque, Iowa and/or governmental body holding the meeting. 1 " ~(j5~' Mary' A.
