NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above identified governmental body will meet
at the time, date and place as set forth above.
The TENTATIVE AGENDA for the meeting is as follows:
ADDENDUM -- RESOLUTION Setting March 1, 1999 as date for public
hearing to consider issuance of not to exceed $900,000 in urban renewal
tax increment revenue bonds to support Advanced Data-Comm's
expansion project at Dubuque Technology Park.
Conduct a Public Hearing on Fiscal Year 2000 Annual Action Plan for
Community Development Block Grant Funds Program Year 1999 - City of
Dubuque and review Community/Economic Development Department
FY'2000 Budget.
Also review Fiscal Year 2000 Department Budgets for following:
Planning, Housing, Human Rights and Water Departments
This notice is given pursuant to Chapter 21, Code of Iowa, 1997, as
amended, and applicable local regulations of the City of Dubuque, Iowa and/or
governmental body holding the meeting.

Robbins, Voetberg, City Manager Michael Van Milligen, Corporation Counsel Barry A.
Lindahl.
Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is a Special Session of the City Council

and providing for publication of Notice thereof. Seconded by Voetberg. Motion carried
7-0.
