This is a claim for damages for personal injuries the claimant
allegedly sustained while he was a passenger on a City bus that was
involved in a collision with a City truck.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of
Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
