The c1aimapt has agreed to participate in the Sanitary Sewer
Backup Assistance Program. He has signed a Release of All Claims
and has been sent a form for a stopva1ve rebate in the amount of
$500 towards the purchase and installation of a backf10w stopva1ve.
As part of the program, the participant is also entitled to
$100 toward cleanup expenses and the purchase of a sewer backup
damage rider on a homeowner's insurance policy.
It is the recommendation of the Legal Department that the $100
payment be authorized and paid as a part of the Sanitary Sewer
Backup Assistance Program.
