This is a claim for damages to the claimant's windshield,
which he claims was damaged while his vehicle was in the long-term
parking lot at the Dubuque Regional Airport.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of
Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
