This is a claim for personal injuries and for damages to the
claimant's car, both allegedly the result of being struck by a
vehicle that was, in turn, rear-ended by a City Water Department
truck that was trying to stop because of a separate accident in the
line of traffic on Dodge Street.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of
Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
