Rainbo Oil Company 5/12/99 5/7/99 vehicle damage
This is a claim for damages to a vehicle owned by the claimant
that allegedly occurred when a City Water Department truck, in
attempting to stop for a separate accident in the line of traffic
on Dodge Street, rear-ended the Rainbo Oil vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of
Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
