SUBJECT: Samantha Drive
City Engineer Gus Psihoyos advises that he spoke with Joyce Merrick (2015 Winne
Court) and Fondell Excavating on October 7, 2005. Ms.. Merrick has directed Fondel! to
remove the culvert and Fondell verified that he spoke with Ms. Merrick and that the work
could be done within ten days of October 7.
City Engineer Gus Psihoyos advises me that on October 13, 2005 he spoke with
Fondel! Excavating and. while they will not be able to schedule the removal of the
Samantha Drive drain pipe by Tuesday, October 17, 2005, they anticipate having the
work done by Friday, October 21.
IIW has almost completed their survey work. Should the drainage not be restored by
October 21, the remaining analysis needed will be completed and this item will be on
the November 7 City Council Agenda.
