1. Approval of minutes from meeting of July 3, 2012.
Motion by Schilling to approve the minutes of the July 3, 2012 meeting. Seconded by
White. Motion carried 2 -0.
2. Establish the passing point for the position of Golf Course Supervisor (Take -
Home Exam)
Motion by Schilling to set the passing point for the position Golf Course Supervisor at
55 and above correct answers. Seconded by White. The list is certified for two years.
Motion carried 2 -0.
3. Request to schedule an entrance examination for the position of Cashier.
Motion by Schilling to set an application dead line of 5:00 p.m. on July 27, 2012 with the
test set for August 7 at 6:00 p.m. White will proctor. Motion carried 2 -0.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Schilling to adjourn at 3:06 p.m. Seconded by White. Motion carried 2 -0.
