Housing and Community Development Department Director David Harris is providing
the City Council with a progress report on rehabilitation repairs made by the owner of
409 Burch Street.
I respectfully recommend that this matter be tabled until December 5, 2005.

Re: Status report - 409 Burch Street
Additional progress has been made in restoring this property, including:
North side of house is complete; all windows and siding installed and painted;
Street (east) side complete except for front door;
South side is approximately 50% completed, with all windows installed and some
siding installed and painted;
West side has now been wrapped with Tyvek and all but one window installed;
Roof shingles approximately 50% completed.
Owner reports that he intends to have all required improvements completed by
November.
