Van Milligen, City Manager FROM: Randy Peck, Personnel Manager SUBJECT: Amendment to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Dubuque and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local #234 DATE: August 14, 2012 For several years we have amended Article XXVIII, Hours of Work and Article XXX, Overtime Pay to provide for a work week that consists of ten hours per day and four days per week for Full -time Public Safety Dispatchers. The amendments have been for a one year period. The current amendment will expire on September 30, 2012. 1 have prepared a new amendment that would become effective on October 1, 2012 and continue through September 30, 2013.
