Subject: River Pointe Condo Project
Dear Council Member:
We are writing to you about the upcoming zoning for the River Pointe Development
Condo project. We are planning to purchase a unit in this development. A. J.
Spiegel has a history of top-quality building and developing. This project will be
good for our economy.
We want to tell you a little about ourselves. We have lived in Dyersville, Iowa, for 70
years and when we heard about this Condo project, we considered the idea of
moving there since we take care of our medical and dental affairs in Dubuque. If the
condo were built, it would benefit us because of less time involved in traveling back
and forth and for emergency purposes. We also like shopping and supporting
activities in Dubuque.
We feel that a complex like this would be an asset to the city of Dubuque, so we are
asking you to vote for this project for the good of all Dubuquers.
