Housing Commission_Kapler ResignationAugust 28, 2012 City of Dubuque Housing Commission Housing and Community Development Department 350 W. 6th Street, Suite 312 Historic Federal Building Dubuque, IA 52001 Re: Notice of Intent Not To Renew Membership on the Housing Commission Dear Housing Commission Members, It is not without a tinge of sadness that I write today to confirm that I will not be rejoining the Commission for another term. The (close to) 12 years I have served on the Commission have been in equal parts rewarding, fulfilling, and challenging. Most importantly, the opportunity to serve the citizens of Dubuque has been a privilege not taken lightly, and I look forward to watching the continued good work that you do for our city. Finally, the relationships made within the Commission and Housing staff over the years are cherished, and I hope that we will continue to cross paths in the future. With Sincere Regards, Dave Kapler KINTZINGER LAW FIRM, P.L.C. An Iowa Professional Limited Company Established in 1897 ATTORNEYS AT LAW Stephen W. Scott Telephone Darin S.
