I have recently contacted Joyce Connors regarding sidewalks on Peru Rd. She told me to
submit a note to the City Clerk to unsure it gets attention at a City Council Meeting. I currently
live at 3739 Inwood Ave with my husband and 3 year old daughter. The new Heritage trail is
minutes away, but we must walk in the street of Peru Rd to access it (with cars flying by at 35
mph +). Many people walk, run and ride bikes along Peru Rd. and it is very dangerous. I am
requested that I sidewalk is put in from Casey's General Store to the Hertiage Trail, so our
family can safely it. There are also bus stops along Peru Rd. and some students walk to
Jefferson, yet another reason to add sidewalks. Thank you for your time.
