This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that the City installed an incorrect valve onto
the main waterline in front of claimant's residence which resulted in water backing up into
claimant's home.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
