Dear Mayor and Members of City Council,
This letter is to inform you that we are opposed to any and all changes the party
representing Hartig Drug Store is requesting to be made to the alley between Second and First
Streets, in the block between Bluff and Locust Streets. Any change to the alley will have an
adverse impact on our businesses.
