1. Approval of minutes from meeting of July 3, 2012.
Motion by Schilling to approve the minutes as submitted. Seconded by White. Motion
carried 3 -0.
2. Establish the passing point for the position of Confidential Account Clerk (exam
date 8/1/12)
Motion by Takes to establish the passing point for the position of Confidential Account
Clerk at 78 and above correct answers (78 %). Seconded by Schilling The list as read is
certified for two years. Motion carried 3 -0.
3. Establish the passing point for the position of Cashier (exam date 8/7/12)
Motion by Takes to establish the passing point for the position of Cashier at 83 and
above correct answers (83 %). Seconded by Schilling. The list as read is certified for two
years. Motion carried 3 -0.
4. Adjournment: Motion by Takes to adjourn at 9:32 a.m. Seconded by Schilling. Motion
carried 3 -0.
