Discussion The applicant spoke in favor of the request, reviewing the submitted Final Plat, the size of the parcels, and their frontage on Millstone Drive. He clarified that Lot A, reserved for future development, does have access. There were no public comments. The Zoning Advisory Commission discussed the request and felt it was appropriate. Recommendation By a vote of 5 to 0, the Zoning Advisory Commission recommends that the City Council approve the request. A simple majority vote is needed for the City Council to approve the request. The subject property is located on either side of Millstone Drive just south of the new townhomes built as part of Harvest View Estates 6th Addition. DISCUSSION The submitted Final Plat of Harvest View Estates 1ltit Addition creates five single - family building lots and a 1.6 acre lot for future development. The subject property is all zoned R -1 Single - Family Residential. The submitted Final Plat does not include the extension of any water or sewer mains, and thus is a minor final plat that is reviewed and approved by the Zoning Advisory Commission and City Council. The submitted Final Plat is in compliance with the Unified Development Code. RECOMMENDATION Planning staff recommends that the Final Plat of Harvest View Estates 11th Addition be recommended for approval by the Zoning Advisory Commission.
