The court hereby appoints the following committee members to the
Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure, each for
a term that shall be from October 1, 2012, to September 30, 2015.
Professor Pat Bauer, Iowa City
Rebecca Nelson, Sioux City
The court also acknowledges the appointments of Victoria Herring, Des
Moines, and Jason Steffens, Cedar Rapids, as Iowa State Bar Association
appointees; each for a term that -shall be from October 1, 2012, to
September 30, 2015.
The court hereby reappoints the Honorable Richard Blanc, Fifth
Judicial District, to the Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure,
for a term to end September 30, 2015.
The court appoints Barry Lindahl and William Miller as co- chairs
of the committee.
