Housing and Community Development Department Director David Harris is providing
the City Council with a progress report on rehabilitation repairs made by the owner of
409 Burch Street.
I respectfully recommend that this matter be tabled until February 6, 2006.

Re: Burch Street status report
An inspection performed on 20 December determined no additional discernible
progress at the property at 409 Burch Street since the previous report. Kathy
Lamb reports that John White has informed her the weather conditions do not
permit further work on the exterior of the building at this time. Mr White also
stated that he is now working on installation of a heating system.
