This is a claim in which claimant alleges that as he was loading his boat onto his trailer
at the 16th Street Ramp, he motored over some gravel at the end of the ramp and
damaged both of the props on his boat.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
