The subject lot is 50' Wide x 145' Deep (7,250 sq ft). The front yard is level until it reaches the
rear of the structure and then slopes down to the rear property line. There is a private
sidewalk that leads to the front of the house. A paved driveway accesses the attached garage.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
The structure has steel siding, windows have been replaced; soffit /fascia and window /door
casings have been wrapped with aluminum. The property retains little architectural integrity.
Historical Notes:
Water tap records note that on August 8, 1937 Edward C Young owned the property when
water service was provided.
