Meeting called to order by Tom Giese at 4:05 P.M.
The Board wanted to know about recommendations it made and if the City Council actually
saw them. I advised them as per the Building Official that a copy of the minutes went to
each council member.
The Board also talked about the double fee and civil citation. I told them that according to
the city ordinance that one, both or none could be assessed an individual or company. It
was up to the inspector with the building official's consent. The amount was up to the
building official.
Harlan Willenborg motioned to adjourn, seconded by Jack Papin. Meeting adjourned at
5:15 P.M.
