Dear Mr. VanMilligen:
Effective February 20th, 2006 TV Guide will be moving from Channel 19 to Channel 75
and the new franchise required Educational Access Channel will be added on Channel 19.
We will also be adding a new Digital Channel on channel 106, The Tube. The Tube will
be radar weather which is a KWWL addition.
