This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that while a City dump truck was dumping a
load of leaves at claimant's compost site, the dump truck backed off of the roadway,
damaging the roadway and miscellaneous nursery items.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
