AMENDING SECTION 4-46 OF THE CITY OF DUBUQUE CODE OF ORDINANCES
PROVIDING FOR THE '~':.l:l.llm,',]:ml AND TERM OF AIRPO'U' COMMISSION
MEMBERS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DUBUQUE, IOWA:
Section 1. Section 446 of the City of Dubuque Code of Ordinances is
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 4-46.; Terms:
(a) The iIIl_ Commission shall have a membership of
five (5) persons appointed by the City Council for four (4) year
terms. Such members shall serve without compensation.
Section 2. This OrdInance shall take effect upon publication.
