This is a claim in which claimant alleges that while his vehicle was parked near the
intersection of Ann Street and Lincoln Avenue, a City of Dubuque plow truck struck and
broke the driver's side mirror off of claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
