The first employment separation curre tly is expected to occur on MarchIT 20T3 —or wring the 1 4-day period that begins on that date, and the separations are expected to be permanent. On January 11, 2013, we will provide a listing of the job titles of positions to be affected and the names and addresses of the employees currently holding the affected jobs. This announcement and the above timetable are based on the best information currently available; however, various factors still may affect these plans and the timing of employee separations. This letter is provided in the event these plans constitute a covered event under the Iowa Layoff Notification Law, or similar federal, state or local laws, although the Company does not admit that such laws apply or that notice is required.
