City Conference Board Meeting
January 31, 2006
On January 31, 2006 the members of the Dubuque City Conference Board met in the
Dubuque Board of Supervisor's Chambers, Dubuque County Courthouse,
Dubuque, Iowa. The purpose of the meeting was to set guidelines for the negotiator
regarding the collective bargaining agreement with union employees.
The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by Chairperson Roy Buol.
Roll call was taken. Those present were:

Also present were John Ganshirt, negotiator for the City Conference Board and Dubuque
City Assessor, Richard Engelken.
Mr. Demmer made a motion to enter closed session to discuss issues pertaining to a
collective bargaining agreement with the union representing employees of the Dubuque
City Assessor's Office. Ms. Cline seconded the motion. All members voted "Aye".
Motioned carried.
The Conference Board then entered closed session. Mr. Demmer made a motion to end
the closed session. Ms. Cline second the motion. All members voted "Aye". Motion
carried.
Ms. Cline made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Demmer second the motion. All members voted
"Aye". Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
