This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that the driver's side mirror of her vehicle
was struck by a minibus while her vehicle was parked on Delhi Street near Finley Hospital.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
