This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was westbound on University
Avenue near the intersection of Booth Street, a City truck pulled out from the stop sign on
Booth and claimant struck the City vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity RiSk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
