SPECIAL SESSION
Council met in special session at 6:30 p.m. on February 5, 2013 in the Historic

Federal Building, 350 W. 6 Street.
Present: Mayor Buol, Council Members Braig, Connors, Jones, Lynch, Resnick,
Sutton; City Manager Michael Van Milligen
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of discussing various City departmental Fiscal Year 2014 budgets.
FISCAL YEAR 2014 DEPARTMENTAL BUDGET REVIEW
Fiscal Year 2013 City departmental budgets were presented by staff from the
following departments:
Airport: Robert Grierson, Airport Manager
Planning Services: Laura Carstens, Planning Services Manager
Library: Susan Henricks, Library Director
Finance Department: Ken TeKippe, Finance Director
Information Services: Chris Kohlmann, Information Services Manager
Human Rights: Kelly Larson, Human Rights Director
City Council had discussion with department managers following each presentation.
There being no further business upon motion the City Council adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
