The first address was typed as 305 W 15'h St but should have been 305 W 16'h SI. . Bill Kinsella motioned to certify the minutes with the address correction. Tom Swift seconded. Motion passed 4 - O. Ben Durley and Sandra Moore abstained from voting. Consent Aoenda The consent agenda items are considered to be routine and non-controversial and all consent items will be normally voted upon in a single mol/on without any separate discussion on a particular item. TOM SWIFT MOTIONED TO GRANT THE VARIANCE FOR THE LACK OF THE REQUIRED NATURAL LIGHT AND VENTILATION DUE TO PRACTICAL DIFFICULTIES AND UNNECESSARY HARDSHIPS IN CARRYING OUT THE STRICT LETTER OF THE CODE. BILL KINSELLA SECONDED. MOTION PASSED 6-0. CASE #2 Scott Runde, owner of 35 W 15th Street, is requesting an extension of time until January 1, 2006 to scrape and paint the windows. This is a Section 8 Annual inspection. TOM SWIFT MOTIONED TO GRANT THE EXTENSION OF TIME UNTIL OCTOBER 30, 2005 TO SCRAPE AND PAINT THE WINDOWS. ED SWIFT SECONDED. MOTION PASSED 6-0. CASE #3 Jim Matheos, owner of 1375 Iowa Street, is requesting a variance on light and ventilation. This is a Rehab inspection. TOM SWIFT MOTIONED TO GRANT THE VARIANCE TO CONFORM WITH ACCEPTANCE OF BUILDING DEPARTMENT. BILL KINSELLA SECONDED. MOTION PASSED 6-0.
