This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a City of Dubuque truck driver was
attempting to drive out of the BFI building at 1755 Radford Road, forgot to lower the
tailgate of the truck and damaged the overhead garage door and frame.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
