Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Dubuque Golf & Country Club requests permission to display
fireworks on July 4th, 2006 at about 9:30 p.m. on the Dubuque Golf &
Country Club grounds, near the pond in the middle of the golf course. The
rain date for the display would be Wednesday, July 5t\ 2006. Responsible
persons will supervise the display.
