Library Director Susan Henricks is asking to present the Library renovation plans to the
City Council. I respectfully recommend that a Work Session be held Monday, May 15 at
5:15 p.m.

The Carnegie-Stout Public Library Board of Trustees would like to present the
plan for the renovation of the facility to you and the City Council in May 2006.
Please advise us as to whether a regularly scheduled City Council meeting or a
work session would be the best venue for this presentation.
