This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that while his 2004 Dodge Ram truck was
parked at the City landfill, a City bulldozer backed up and struck claimant's truck.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
