The Ordinance now allows hunting and target practice on agricultural property of more than 10 acres, as approved by the City Manager on a case-by-case basis. The application shall include the followinq information: (1) The name, address and telephone number of the applicant; (2) The address where the huntinq or tarqet practice will take place; (3) A site plan shall be a dimension drawinq showinq the fOllowinq: . North arrow; . Property lines; . Location of buildinqs on the subiect property and dimensions; . Location of buildinqs on adiacent property. public streets, recreational trails or public waters. Falsification of information on an application shall be qrounds for denial or revocation of a permit. (c) The City Manaqer shall. upon consideration of the application and the information required herein, approve or reiect the application. A permit shall be valid for a period of one year from the date thereof. (d) At the time of filinq the application, the applicant shall pay to the city a non- refundable permit fee established by the City Manaqer. (e) A permit may be revoked or suspended by the City Manaqer by written notice for a violation of any of the provisions of this section or any other ordinances of the city or the laws of the United States or the state of Iowa. The permittee may file with the City Clerk a written notice of appeal to the City Council from the suspension or revocation.
