Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was strolling her daughter near
710 South Grandview, she struck an uneven patch of sidewalk, causing the stroller to flip
forward, injuring her daughter's right hand and face.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
