This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a large amount of debris blocked a City
sewer line located near 2168 Orchard Street causing raw sewage to back up into
claimant's home.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
