Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was riding his bike on the downhill
approach at the 16th Street Bridge overpass, he encountered an icy patch, causing him to
fall and injure his neck and hip.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
